This role revolves around delivering change management activities across multiple technology uplift projects.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct impact analysis and stakeholder analysis.
• Work with executives to derive change strategies.
• Work with project and program managers to deliver change initiatives within technology projects.
• Work with the business to imbed change.
• Generate and deliver communication strategies and plans • Work with vendors and a broad range of external parties.
The successful candidate will have change management experience in technology rollout projects.
You will have experience in developing and implementing change management frameworks from scratch and work with a broad range or stakeholders, from end users to C-suite level.
