What you'll contribute toToyota Fleet Management (a division of TFA) is one of Australia's leading providers of fleet management products and services.
Furthermore, we are the only fleet management organisation in Australia with the security of the world's largest car manufacturer.
An opportunity to join the team as the Fleet Sales Manager in Perth, WA has opened.
This role will require true leadership to ensure that the team has a clear understanding of the objectives and what activities are required to achieve them.
It is pivotal in this role that you utilise the resources to maximise the amount of business written, at acceptable margins, whether it comes from existing, incremental or new business channels.
How you'll make an impactChampion daily management and breakthrough initiatives to evolve, create new concepts and anticipate future customer needs.Lead others to create sustainable and impactful change and enable an environment that fosters personal agility and is responsive to business changes.Lead decisions and set priorities that will position the business for success in the future whilst taking calculated risks to deliver significant value.Create a culture where high performance standards, unbiased thinking, critical analysis, and continuous improvement (Kaizen) are valued.Build a customer-centric culture, establishing high levels of loyalty and trust with a focus on retention of customers.Shape challenging team goals, setting clear expectations and motivate others to succeed.Awareness of current and future trends, enabling relevant changes and creating agile teams and responses whilst developing tools and resources to help the team anticipate customer needs and remain a market leader.Your attributesIn-depth knowledge of the Fleet Leasing industry.Strong stakeholder management.Demonstrated success in business development.First-class presentation skills.Response to tender experience.Exposure to financial analysis/lending.Good knowledge of and relationships with One Toyota family members.Life at Toyota & What we offer youWe pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
