About the Position: This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Construction Litigation Lawyer to join a successful and forward-thinking practice.
You will be at the forefront of challenging and high-stakes construction litigation, playing a pivotal role in the firm's success.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with two senior lawyers who are recognised leaders in construction litigationTake the lead in mentoring and developing a team of junior lawyers, guiding them through complex legal mattersManage a diverse range of construction disputes, including issues related to contract breaches, construction defects, delays, and professional negligenceRepresent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, providing strategic legal counsel to achieve favourable outcomesContribute to business development efforts to drive the growth of the practiceKey Requirements: 3-5 years of post-admission experience in construction litigation, preferably in a private practice settingStrong litigation skills with a focus on construction lawProven ability to draft and analyse complex legal documentsCapable of managing cases independently while working collaboratively with senior lawyersPassion for mentoring and developing junior talentStrong client relationship management and business development abilitiesExcellent organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple cases simultaneouslySuperior communication and interpersonal skillsOn Offer: A competitive salary package ranging from $130,000 to $180,000, depending on experienceOpportunities to work on high-profile construction litigation cases alongside top-tier professionalsA supportive, team-oriented culture with a strong focus on career advancement and professional developmentFlexible working arrangements to promote a healthy work-life balanceA modern, state-of-the-art office in Brisbane's CBDIf you're ready to take the next step in your career as a Construction Litigation Lawyer, apply now through the link below.
