About the role As the Senior Brand & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development, positioning, growth and overall health of the Cashrewards brand, its partner brand, Little Birdie, and its products.
You will work with the wider Marketing team to deliver our Brand strategy, oversee our PR and media, deliver Communications planning and work closely with the other marketing leads across Member and Merchant Marketing, B2B Marketing and the Creative & Production Team to ensure all communication from Cashrewards is on brand and adding value to our members and merchants.
You will advocate for our brand and ensure all our communications are insight driven and delivered in the appropriate tone of voice, utilizing our Brand Guidelines and delivering to our creative strategy across all key touchpoints.
This is a 12-month max term contract, starting early November 2024.
Your FocusManaging the development and evolution of our brand positioning for shoppers by leveraging data and insights, crafting compelling positioning and messaging, and developing materials to educate on the Cashrewards value proposition.Develop, maintain and socialise clear and compelling brand and product messaging to the business.Oversee the development of education and brand creative to drive broader education and engagement across all owned, earned and paid channels.Oversee external comms to media working with our PR agency to deliver an earned media approach that supports awareness, consideration, trust-building and education, through a proactive press-office, media spokespeople and member advocates.Use our research and analytics tools to uncover member insights and pain points to share with the wider team.Produce regular competitor intelligence reports and analysis using tools such as SimilarWeb, Tracksuit, Hootsuite and Amplitude.Champion the Brand and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and consideration.Manage the Brand and Social Executive to support the team.About YouDeep experience in marketing, brand strategy, advertising or related fields.Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing opportunities and articulate the rationale behind decisions.Understanding of the media landscape, in particular social media and programmatic marketing.Product marketing experience or exposure is highly advantageous.Ability to derive insights and ideas from data and research.Proactive and self-starter.Ability to write copy and write clear creative briefs that blend our playful brand with need to clearly communicate brand and product value and easily explain how to use our product features.Desirable to have experience in leading and managing people.Experience using Confluence, Monday.com (or similar), JIRA, Figma, Miro is highly desirable.Additional Information In the fast moving cashback category, Cashrewards has powered ahead of its rivals and taken the lead, serving over 2 million members with an enticing range of cashback offers from more than 2000 brand partners including Apple, Amazon, Myer, Adidas, Bonds, Target, Booking.com and The Iconic.
