Exciting Opportunity: Funding Specialist at Busy Bees
Are you passionate about driving funding initiatives that make a difference?
Busy Bees is looking for a strategic Funding Specialist to join our team and help shape our future
Reporting to the Head of Operational Support, you will dive into existing funding streams and identify new opportunities to enhance our operations.
You'll provide expert advice and support across all departments, ensuring our funding practices align with contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Master funding streams and align processes.
Proactively find new funding opportunities.
Lead the development and implementation of funding proposals.
Ensure compliance with funding regulations.
Align funding strategies with business goals.
Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a similar role; Early Childhood experience will be highly regarded.
Proven leadership and change management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Current Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card (or eligibility).
