Our team works on our renowned Sydney Harbour vessels including The Jackson, Starship Sydney, and Sydney 2000.
About the RolesUnder the guidance of the Chef, the Cook is an integral position in our catering operations.
They will be responsible for the cleaning and basic food preparation duties within the kitchen and maintain strict hygiene and safety procedures.
Successful candidates will be thoroughly familiar with all safety equipment and how to deal with an emergency.

Be available to work on a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidaysHave excellent communication skillsBe committed to ensuring a clean hygienic kitchenAbility to perform autonomouslyHave a sound knowledge in food safetyAttention to detail in preparation & food presentationThese key requirements will be appreciated with experience and skills in the following areas:
