About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor for a full-time position based out of our Dandenong South office.
The role involves traveling across Victoria, including the eastern suburbs, Gippsland, and the Mornington Peninsula.
This high-paced environment requires top-level self-discipline, organization, communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
Your communication and problem-solving skills will be utilized daily in this busy yet supportive environment.
A background in rendering, plastering, or carpentry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate subcontractor and trade activities.Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure materials are on-site according to the construction schedule for timely project completion.Manage multiple projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating across several sites.Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.Communicate effectively with diverse customer and subcontractor groups.Review daily progress and quality of work completed.Analyze, manage, and mitigate OH&S risks using your knowledge of OH&S and other relevant legislative requirements.Proactively plan to prevent problems and efficiently resolve any issues that arise.Multitask and be flexible as required.Qualifications and Experience: Strong background in rendering, plastering, or carpentry.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.Knowledge of OH&S and other relevant legislative requirements.Competitive salary package based on experience.If you are a motivated team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you
