About the role This role is a permanent, 5 day a week position working as the Coordinator of the service. You will receive all the support you need from our amazing leadership team to ensure you have everything you need to provide amazing care, and loads of fun for the children Some other aspects of the job are:
Build a fantastic relationship with your school and partner up with major school eventsEnjoy loads of creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every dayBuild meaningful relationships with the children and their familiesManage and roster your team of passionate educatorsCreate healthy and exciting food options for the childrenMeetings with the school business manager/principal alongside our Area/Regional ManagerService times: 7:00am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday + Admin Hours (To be discussed)The successful candidate You thrive in a fast-paced environment and you love inspiring kids to be their bestConfident interpersonal skills, being able to communicate with children, parents, and the principal of the schoolStrong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitudeAbility to lead a team of educators in your serviceHave a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged childrenYou're full of energy, extremely enthusiastic, and love having FUNQualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification. This includes Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work, and more.
