Roaming Facility Manager - Aged Care (Victoria OR Tasmania) Are you a passionate Aged Care Manager who loves to travel? We have two exciting opportunities for Roaming Facility Managers who are eager to make an impact across multiple aged care facilities in Victoria or Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities: Travel between facilities, providing leadership and support to ensure smooth operationsMaintain high standards of care and compliance across each locationWork closely with local teams to implement best practices and resident-focused careConduct audits, staff training, and offer guidance on facility improvement initiativesRequirements: Experience as a Residential Manager in aged careStrong knowledge of aged care regulations, compliance, and quality standardsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsFlexibility and adaptability to travel and support various locationsAustralian working rights and AHPRA registrationWhat's in it for You?
