Hr Operations Lead

The Opportunity We're looking for an HR Operations Lead to join us in 2025 to help us elevate our employee experience, streamline our processes, and build a centralised HR hub.
This is no ordinary HR gig – it's your chance to step into a role where trust, innovation, and accountability are the heartbeat of the team.
Reporting to the Director of HR, you'll be the engine that keeps our HR operations running like a well-oiled machine.
You will manage one team member, providing guidance and support to enable their professional growth.

An understanding of the love of God and a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian leadership is very important for this role.
