Membership Growth & Retention: You'll nurture a portfolio of high-net-worth members within Queensland and New South Wales, ensuring they feel valued and understood.Engagement Initiatives: You'll create and implement engaging activities, like Super Health Checks and member seminars, to connect with our members meaningfully.Sales Strategy Implementation: Collaborate closely with our marketing and relationship management teams to develop and execute campaigns that resonate with our members.Leadership: You'll be a supportive resource for our sales teams, helping to foster a culture of growth, collaboration, and shared success.Member Relationships: Build genuine connections with members and employers, always striving to understand and meet their unique needs. About You:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Experience: 3-5+ years in sales or relationship management, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional relationship-building and influencing abilities, allowing you to connect with a diverse range of stakeholders while showing empathy and understanding.Self-Management: A proactive mindset with strong organisational skills and the ability to take initiative.Goal Orientation: A focus on understanding member needs and finding creative solutions to meet them.Required Qualifications: Diploma of Financial Services or related degree, RG146 accreditation in superannuation, and the ability to quickly learn about Brighter Super's products and services.Preferred Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in business or commerce.Why choose Brighter Super:
