Qualification Requirement: Must have a Cert IV in Training & Assessment.

Our small Registered Training Organisation (RTO ID 3900) is known as a place for practical and hands-on learning.
Our focus on quality placements and traineeships ensures students can effectively apply their learning as new educators.
As part of our new strategic plan, we are in an exciting period of innovation and development, which includes building a new learning platform and creating new learning programs.
We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to join the team.
You will have significant experience in delivering the Certificate III (CHC30121) and Diploma (CHC50121) of Early Childhood Education and Care, lead student learning and assessment strategies, develop resources for accredited training, and play a key role in the development of adult learning content for Gowrie, including leading the development of a new blended Diploma program.
