About the role Reporting to the Reinforcing Detailing Manager, this role is responsible for the design and documentation of reinforcing steel to Australia's major construction projects.
You will interact directly with Tier 1 customers and internal stakeholders to determine customer needs and ensure the accurate supply of reinforcing steel to each major project.
This position will be based either out of Sunshine or Noble Park.
Your responsibilities will include:
Create and deliver accurate BIM modelsImplement design changes and updates throughout the project lifecycleStreamline workflows using BIM technology to improve project efficiencyUnderstand project objectives and advise on engineering solutionsEngage with clients and design engineers to achieve optimal outcomes for both internal and external stakeholdersThis role would suit an experienced Modeller or detailer/scheduler, or a graduate looking to start their career in the construction and engineering industry.

Previous experience as detailer/scheduler or modelerExperience in steel reinforcement detailingTechnical mindset with an ability to read and understand technical drawings to create modelsA diploma, certificate or degree in civil/structural engineering, drafting or architectureExperience in modelling software such as Revit, TEKLA, Autocad or similarStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy Key Benefits Below are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
