Workplace Training & Assessment (Education & Training) Full time The L&D Manager Role is an exciting, newly created role that will suit someone who is engaging, energetic, and capable of working autonomously.
As the Manager of the function, you will be responsible for ongoing learning and development initiatives for Lumus employees, which will include a rebuild of our current offerings and ongoing maintenance of that system.
The overall purpose of the role is to promote an engaging and responsive learning platform, provide clear and concise reporting on learning projects, and assist with the development of projects.
