DEFENDANT INSURANCE You will work for a broad range of clients so each day will be different. Your responsibilities will encompass offering cohesive and legally sound advice across various CTP matters, including intricate multi-vehicle accident claims involving major and catastrophic injuries. Anticipate engaging with intricate liability disputes and fiercely contested damages claims.
Working with Lloyd's syndicates, international insurers, major self-insureds, specialist industry insurers, and local governmental entities, you'll actively engage in direct client communication and strategy development.
This role encourages hands-on involvement from day one, including your active participation in client relationships and the delivery of exceptional service. You will thrive in a larger team that values your direct contribution and receive hands-on mentoring from senior lawyers.
SENIOR ASSOCIATE 5+ PAE The firm is genuinely open to considering Senior Associates from a multitude of backgrounds, including either Public or General Liability matters; other areas of Insurance such as CTP, Workers Comp or Indemnity; Commercial Litigation lawyers looking to make a career transition to this area of practice; as well as Plaintiff Lawyers looking to make the switch.
