Work with a team of elite artists from your own luxurious private treatment suite.
We are looking for a Lash Artist to join The Lash Spa Family for a permanent casual position from 8 to 38 hours (depending on your preference)
Our stunning Varsity Lakes salon is looking for a highly skilled Lash and Brow artist to join our team.
You will have a high-paying and most importantly secure position at the Gold Coast's most premium lash salon without the constant stress and inability to unwind that comes with running your own home business.
We are looking for someone who is: Has a keen eye and attention to detailEnjoys working as part of a teamWilling to go above and beyond for your clients and work familyLash technicians qualified in Classic & Volume Lash applications with experience - able to apply a full set of classic lashes comfortably around 60 minutesExperienced in both Brow Sculpting, Eyelash Extension application, Lash Lift and TintMust have a warm, positive energy and be always willing to go above and beyond for our spa guestsEarn a consistent and stable income doing what you love and experience the joy of actually "clocking off" once you get home.
Our Elite artists earn $39.99 an hour during the week and $50.12 on Saturday (inclusive of Super), plus a generous commission system.
We are a women-led business that understands flexible working hours to help get mothers back into the workforce.
The Lash Spa is run by a mother-of-two who understands the need for flexible hours.
We have "school hours" shifts (9:30am-1:30pm) available for those who need to do drop-off and pick-up.
The Lash Spa Commitment to Working Mothers: No Lash Spa team member will ever miss their Children's Book Week Parade, Kindy Concert, or have to work on their child's birthday.
We celebrate working mothers in our workforce
No more scheduling and no-show worries If you've previously worked from home, you'll understand the frustration of the 24/7 Instagram and text messages and scheduling.
Leave those worries behind as our friendly salon coordinators are there to support you and handle all client communications.
We will not consider applications from candidates seeking to continue to operate a home business or work at another beauty salon.
