Residential Service Manager - Relocate to Beechworth VICLead Group Healthcare is seeking a Facility Manager for a relocation opportunity for a medium sized NFP Residential Aged Care Facility located locally to Beechworth VIC. This values-driven not-for-profit organisation offers a highly supported environment that includes an experienced Clinical Manager, AN-ACC support, 24-hour Registered Nurses and Care team, reporting to a Senior Regional Manager. The successful candidate will have strong operational management skills with the ability to lead a team and provide oversight to the facility's daily running and ongoing success, creating an environment where staff love to work and residents love to live
