As our Industrial Relations (IR) and Compliance Manager, reporting to our Head of People Partnering – Restaurants, you will lead the IR agenda for KFC restaurants.
In this end-to-end role you'll be involved in: IR strategy formation, identifying pragmatic solutions, gaining stakeholder buy-in, solution roll out and compliance.
ABOUT YOU – OUR NEXT ORIGINAL IR specialist with a pragmatic approachAbility to simplify complex concepts to create practical solutions that our restaurant teams can understand and adopt.Legal qualifications in industrial relations or equivalent experience (e.g.
