Working with a highly skilled team with a focus on providing comprehensive support for our established iPM Extract solutions, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.You will:Play a vital role in ensuring all Australian iPM Health Department Extracts meet the specific requirements for our customers.Have hands-on application support experience including SQL scripting capability, ability to decipher SQL stored procedures to support front end applications driving the Health Department extract requirements.Deliver quality ticket resolutions for incidents and problems, via remote engagements with customers providing support and maintenance services to effectively manage tickets within contracted service level timeframes and ITIL framework.Collaborate with Dedalus business units (including product, development and testing) involved with delivery of iPM Health Department Extracts.Take the next step towards your dream careerAt Dedalus, life flows through our software.
