This is an exciting opportunity for an intermediate to senior professional ready to make a lasting impactWhy This Role?Top-Tier Microsoft Partner: Work with industry experts on major projects with cutting-edge technology.Prime Location: Central Sydney location offering a hybrid work environment.Career Growth: Whether you're coming from an end-user or partner background, this role will allow you to expand your skills and grow within a supportive team.What You'll DoBusiness Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business needs, ensuring CRM solutions align with overall business objectives.Process Analysis & Modelling: Dive into business processes, identify gaps, and design process improvements using CRM best practices.Configuration & Customisation: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 (or earlier versions) to meet client-specific needs, ensuring a seamless user experience.Testing & Documentation: Conduct comprehensive testing, manage UAT, and document system configurations, customizations, and end-user processes.User Training: Deliver training sessions to equip end-users with the skills to use Dynamics CRM efficiently, ensuring high adoption and value realization.What You'll BringCRM Expertise: Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) is ideal, but experience with earlier versions (DCRM/MSCRM) is also highly valued.Analytical Mindset: Strong background in business requirements analysis, process modelling, and specification documentation.Configuration Skills: Skilled in CRM configuration and customization, with a keen eye for detail.Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for training and guiding end-users effectively.Tech-Forward: Knowledge of the latest CRM trends, tools, and techniques within the Microsoft ecosystem.Your BackgroundExperience: Intermediate or Senior level, with a background in either end-user or partner environments.Certifications: Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or related areas are a plusKeywords: Dynamics, DCRM, MSCRM, Microsoft CRM, MS CRM
