We are looking for a Foreman or Leading Hand to join our team in a long-established business with over 40 years in the industry.
Our work is spread between local government contracts and private civil works.
We are seeking a professional Foreman or Leading Hand with demonstrable experience in civil projects, specifically with road reconstructions, streetscapes, concreting, asphalt, and drainage.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Management of crews including labour and machine operatorsDaily reports submitted via mobile applicationVarious other daily paperwork to be completed via mobile applicationCoordinating with the site supervisorHands-on participation in daily site activitiesDealing with enquiries from members of the public in high traffic areasLiaising with client representativesAdhering to tight project deadlinesMaintaining OHS at all timesYou must have a strong background working on civil projects as a Civil Leading Hand or Foreman.
