The Property Operations Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager Property Operations, offers the opportunity to manage and facilitate the Property Operations team and assist in the co-ordination of building maintenance works across our property to ensure a positive experience is had by team members and guests.
A few of your responsibilities:
Providing day to day technical support to the Property Operations team Lead and inspire direct reports Ensure all corrective maintenance and repairs are scheduled through relevant software systems Action work requests in a timely manner Coordinate routine inspections and maintenance of OH&S equipment What we are looking for:
Qualifications in Facilities management Knowledge of hotel and building facilities Experience in operating budgets and leading a team Alignment with The Star's purpose, value and principles What we can offer you:
