Collaborate with clients to design tailored events and ensure seamless execution.Relationship Building: Nurture existing customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business while actively engaging with new customers and local businesses to grow our network and reputation in the community.Business Management: Drive commercial success, manage revenue, and achieve financial targets.Innovation: Host and develop guided spirit tastings and contribute creatively to our evolving bar and dining offerings.Operations: Refine systems and procedures to ensure efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.What You BringHospitality Expertise: At least three years in a management role (assistant manager or above) in a premium venue.Knowledge & Passion: Sound understanding of food, beverage, and spirits (WSET Level 2+ is highly regarded).Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire and develop teams while fostering a culture of collaboration.Customer Focus: Exceptional service skills, from welcoming guests to resolving issues with ease.Commercial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, sales opportunities, and partnerships.What We ValueA friendly, positive, and energetic personality.A strong eye for detail and a drive for excellence.Commitment to hospitality and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.Competitive Remuneration & Growth OpportunitiesWe're offering more than just a job - we're offering a career.
