Trailer FittersWe are looking for Trailer fitters for our client who is embarking on an exciting period of transformation and growth.
They are looking for fitters to join their service and repairs team based in Perth and Brisbane.
The Opportunity Local work (Home every night)Flexible working arrangements (4-day weeks) with regular overtime opportunitiesCompetitive hourly rate based on experienceCareer development and trainingAn organization that values and promotes a supportive and friendly environmentFull-time permanent roleSecure long-term positionImmediate start availableThe ideal candidate will be experienced with: Service and repairs to a range of customer trailer typesMajor overhauls in accordance with engineering drawings and specificationsPerform mechanical repairs including braking systems, suspensions, and other componentsConduct regular service interval inspections and quality checksCarry out warranty works as requested to new trailersRebuild suspension componentsAdhere to safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety within the workshopEnsure precision and accuracy in all fabrication processes to meet quality standardsTo be considered you must have / be willing to obtain: Mechanical Trade QualificationPrevious experience in heavy equipment repairs and servicingKnowledge and experience working with hydraulicsProficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawingsThe Process All shortlisted personnel must be able to attend a face-to-face interview at our WA office and pass a full pre-employment medical as well as drug & alcohol testing prior to employment.
