The RoleProvide legal assistant support to a friendly and down to earth Partner and their team working across a wide range of commercial litigation matters which include company disputes, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, insolvency and professional negligence.
DutiesDrafting and preparing court, property and other legal documentsCommunicating with clients, barristers and expertsFile managementManaging diariesPreparation of general correspondenceMonthly billingSkills & ExperienceIntermediate experience as a commercial or litigation assistantExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and show initiativeHigh level organisational and prioritisation abilitiesCulture & BenefitsOur client is a values driven organisation with a genuine, friendly and collaborative culture that respects, rewards and values input from all levels of the business.
