As Territory Manager, you'll drive sales growth by developing strong relationships with end users and channel partners, executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
With a focus on promoting ITW brands, you'll retain and grow current customers while securing new business through strategic partnerships and effective sales execution.

Description Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Build and maintain relationships with end users and channel partners.Expand the channel partner network to maximize sales potential.Promote ITW brands and create demand within the assigned region.Retain and grow existing customers through value-based relationships.Identify and secure new business via strategic partnerships.Collaborate with product managers and technical experts to train and support partners.Monitor and enhance channel effectiveness, intervening when necessary.Profile Drive sales within the mining and heavy industry sectors, focusing on Central Queensland and regularly visiting mine sites (e.g., Oakey Creek, Peak Downs, Moranbah North).Build and maintain strong relationships with senior site personnel (e.g., plant superintendents and engineers) and manage distributor networks with care to ensure customer loyalty.Take ownership of the territory, treating it like a personal business, managing a budget, and working independently with support.Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a challenging environment, with ongoing professional development and training on protective coatings.Actively contribute to a respectful, humble company culture while collaborating with the team to drive success.Job Offer Competitive salary packageOpportunity to work with a leading global company in protective coatings.Hands-on role with autonomy and ownership of a significant territory.Career progression opportunities, including potential advancement to Senior Sales Manager.Professional development and training on protective coatings.Supportive company culture focused on respect, humility, and teamwork.Exposure to high-profile end users and major distributors in the mining industry.To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
