Project Coordinator

Directitude is seeking a talented Project Coordinator / Contract Administrator and Junior Project Manager to join our thriving Fitout team due to growth and a vast pipeline of work.
In this full-time position based in Sunbury, VIC, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing various hospitality fitout projects to ensure their successful delivery.
Responsibilities include: Assist Project Managers in all aspects of project coordination and administration, including document control, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication.Ensure contract compliance and manage contractual documentation, variations, and claims.Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans, budgets, and schedules.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.Provide support to the Project Management team in managing project risks and issues.Assist with the preparation of tender submissions and project proposals.Participate in site inspections, meetings, and other project-related activities.What we're looking for: Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in a similar Project Coordinator or Contract Administration role within the construction and fitout industry.Strong understanding of construction contract administration, including the ability to interpret and apply contract terms and conditions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.Proficient in the use of project management software and MS Office suite.Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.What we offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Health and wellbeing programs.About us: Directitude is a leading construction & fitout company with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors.
