Earthworks Supervisor

Location: Projects throughout Western Australia (FIFO)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: Competitive, based on experienceAvailable Roster: 2/1, 3/1, 4/2 - Dayshift OnlyKey Responsibilities:Supervise and manage earthworks operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.Coordinate with Client on safety, progress and schedule.Lead and manage a construction team, providing direction and support, as needed.Monitor and enforce safety and environmental protocols, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, along with company and client policies and procedures.Oversee the safe and efficient use of heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, graders, and dump trucks, along with other construction activities.Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being carried out to specification and quality standards and ITPs.Plan daily work schedules, resource allocation, and materials management.Maintain accurate records of daily progress, labour hours, and equipment usage.Skills & Experience:Minimum of 5 years' experience in bulk earthworks, detailed earthworks and civil construction supervision.Strong knowledge of earthmoving machinery and construction processes.Proven leadership and team management skills and remote working.Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.Strong understanding of workplace safety and environmental regulations.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Must have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Package - Excel, Word, Outlook.Current WA Driver's License.White Card.National Police Clearance.Schedule 26 highly regarded.Must be willing to undergo a Full Pre Employment Medical and Lab DAS.Application Questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
