As a result, we have an excellent opportunity available to join our sales team as a Partnership Manager.
The Role The Partnership Manager is the primary contact between brokers, lenders and Connective.
This role ensures that all brokers are equipped with the tools, training and support they need to grow their business through Connective.
Within a supportive team, you will be accountable for 130 broker groups and have the following responsibilities:
Inducting all new brokers into Connective with emphasis on our award-winning software, Mercury Nexus Providing on the ground support and facilitating a smooth onboarding process Building strong relationships with brokers based on a thorough understanding of their business Identifying opportunities to enable broker success through our Connective product and service offerings Facilitating, attending and hosting events as required Encouraging and facilitating broker attendance at Connective events Developing high levels of positive engagement and broker retention The Person As an exceptional communicator and customer support professional, you pride yourself on exceeding your customer's expectations and providing them with solutions to help their business grow and prosper.
You enjoy sales, especially in a consultative and collaborative way, and have the interpersonal and influencing skills to support this.
