Senior Reporting & Analytics Consultant, Efa Marketing & Growth - Melbourne, VICIT Source: uWorkin JOB DESCRIPTION DescriptionUniSuper is a workplace where highly skilled professionals are empowered to Think Great and deliver exceptional retirement outcomes for our members.Join out newly formed Reporting & Analytics function of the Digital & CX team, a cross-discipline function that combines data analysis & analytical skillsets to consult and collaborate closely with the wider Marketing & Growth (M&G) business unit.The roleAs a Senior Reporting and Analytics Consultant, you will play a key role in establishing a Centre of Excellence (COE) for analytics and reporting within the Marketing & Growth business unit. You will be responsible for delivering timely, high-quality reporting and analytics that empower the business to make well-informed decisions.Additionally, you will be responsible for the following, however not limited toMentor Channel Owners to uplift their skills around data enabling them to better self-serveWork closely with Channel Owners as new channel changes are developed (via Fusion, BAU or Projects) to ensure that appropriate tagging and reporting is established to track performance.Uplift reporting capability to enable daily updates on performance of M&G KPIs.Uplift the usability of existing dashboard and reporting assets to ensure that they appropriately meet the needs of the end usersSupport the development of a digital reporting framework of automated dashboards and data visualisation tools utilising GA4 and Power BI.About youYou will be a proactive self-starter with a logical mindset and a quick learning ability. Your strong initiative, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills will be essential. In addition to your advanced technical, analytical, planning, and organisational skills, we would also value your ability to bringExperience working with SQL, R or Python to extract, manage and manipulate complex data sets.Proven experience in automating reporting capability and actionable alerts.Power BI Skills highly regarded.Extensive experience creating engaging and on-brand reports and presenting insights on data and business analytics and outcomes.Experience with digital analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.Experience with test and measurement techniques including A/B testing, Multivariate testing, incremental change.About USWe believe that the best way to achieve great things is when we come together and collaborate.
