About the Role
The Senior Network Engineer is essential in designing and implementing network infrastructure to align with business goals.
This role demands deep technical expertise in networking, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Duty/Responsibilities
? Develop network design strategies based on business requirements and industry best practices.
? Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available network solutions.
? Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for network enhancements.
? Lead the implementation of network projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment of networking equipment and protocols.
? Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
? Conduct network performance tuning and optimization activities.
? Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
? Perform regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
? Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures.
? Provide escalated support for complex network issues and outages.

Skills/Experience
? 5+ years experience in designing complex network infrastructures for LANs, WANs, datacenters, cloud networks, and software-defined networks.
? Proven track record in implementing network projects from planning to deployment.
? Strong background in network security practices, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, security policies, and network segmentation.
? Extensive experience in troubleshooting network issues and implementing solutions.
? Experience in working with network vendors, negotiating outcomes, and managing relationships.
