Only About Children Casual Cook Casual Cook role for 2-4 days a week across Monday -Friday between 7.00AM-4.00PM .
This role would be on a casual basis covering leave covers of permanent cooks across our campuses in the Northern beaches and Upper North shore campuses .
Role: As a casual cook you would be responsible for cooking for childrens meals morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea .Children aged 0-5 years so you will need to cater to differnt needs of childrens meals keeping in mind the allegies and food handling processes.
We have scrumptious and appealing menus designed by our own nutritionists which are prepared by our campus cooks each day; meaning you get to focus on doing what you love best; cookingOur nutrition program includes a 4 week rotating seasonal menu that meets children's needs, taking into account nutritional and energy requirements as well as cultural and health needs.
* Cook for our children aged between 0-5 years at the campus.
* Prepare meals as per the Oac Nutrition Menus * Plan and cater for all allergies and dietary requirements * Interact with children in a positive and warm way about their food * Ensure presentation of food is appealing and exciting for children * Adhere to all policies about hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen * Ensure the kitchen and appliances are well looked after at all times How to Apply Click 'apply now' and submit your application to ****** For this role we are looking for someone who has: * Expereince in cooking for young children * Qualification in cooking or a Food safety supervisor and Food handling Certificate * Ability to manage the kitchen independently by understading the needs of the children at the campus.
