Your New RoleJoining the Native Title Claims and Agreements team, you will be involved in all aspects of litigation as well as providing advice on native title applications relating to statutory interpretation, risks and consequences as well as Future Act processes.
In addition to this, you will be negotiating, drafting, reviewing and advising on complex agreements as well as running matters from start to finish on compensation applications.
You will work with multiple teams and provide expert legal knowledge and skills on complex and sensitive legal questions to major government clients on a fee-for-service basis.This role is a fixed-term position for 9 months with potential for extension.
