Mawson OSHC is located at Mawson Primary school and is licensed for 143 children.
The leadership team consists of a Director, an assistant director, team leaders and deputy team leaders.
You will play a key role in delivering a quality Before and After School Care program at our service in Mawson, working with a team of dedicated educators and consistent casual staff throughout the week.
As the Educational Leader , you will guide and mentor educators, ensuring the implementation of a high-quality educational program that meets the developmental needs of children.
You will support the Centre Director in the day-to-day management of the program and foster an environment where educators, families, and children feel welcomed and have a strong sense of belonging.
Position Details Permanent full-time position (76 hours per fortnight), working block shifts 7:00 am – 3:00 pm or 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Split shifts may be required to fill ratios or cover absences within the leadership team Above award wage , including: Children's Services Award – Children's Services Employee Level 5 with a salary range of $35.13 – $36.28 per hour plus 11.5% superannuation, based on experience and qualifications Educational Leader allowance $2.23 per hour Split shift allowance of $19.00 per day (if applicable) If you're ready to take the next step in your career and lead as an educational professional in a supportive, community-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you
