Occupational Therapist

We are a national NDIS provider, delivering Allied Health support in over 300 locations across Australia to thousands of participants in the community with Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology & Physiotherapy services.
Job Description Employment Type : Full Time or Part Time
Remuneration : $ Negotiable based on experience
Hours Per Week : Minimum 6 hours per day
Location : Office + WFH
We are open to discussions with OTs with all levels of experience who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

Your day will include:
Managing an allocated caseload and completing therapeutic services in a timely manner Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical levels of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work, and residential facilities Recommending the provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and to promote independence Maintaining awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance What we offer you:

Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload Proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas Looking for a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment A genuine passion for working in the disability sector Our fast-growing team of more than 3,500 people around Australia represents a huge array of life experiences, skills, and ways of thinking.
