Marketing Manager

Brecks Group is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative team.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement.
This is a highly visible role that will require a creative and analytical thinker who is passionate about all aspects of marketing.Key Responsibilities:– Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company goals and objectives– Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth– Create and execute multi-channel campaigns that target specific customer segments– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, such as product brochures and sales presentations– Manage and analyze website performance, SEO, and PPC campaigns to optimize for lead generation and customer acquisition– Utilize social media platforms to engage with target audience and increase brand presence– Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into marketing strategies– Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively– Identify and build relationships with potential business partners and sponsorships opportunities– Attend and represent Brecks Group at industry events and conferencesQualifications:– Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field– 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a similar industry– Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns– Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills– Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, and PPC– Experience with CRM and marketing automation software (e.g.
