Job briefWe are seeking a talented and passionate Frontend Developer to join an innovative team working on a transformative project in the digital solutions space.
This role involves developing user-friendly platforms that redefine industry standards while offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment: Build responsive, intuitive web interfaces using Next.js and Tailwind CSS.Optimization: Enhance front-end performance for fast loading and seamless user interactions across devices and browsers.Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to create cohesive and engaging user experiences.Innovation: Contribute to the design system by building reusable components and integrating the latest front-end technologies.Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests and ensure accessibility compliance with standards like WCAG.RequirementsEssential Skills:Proficiency in Next.js, React.js, and JavaScript/ES6.Strong knowledge of Tailwind CSS, HTML, and CSS3.Experience with GraphQL and REST APIs.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.Knowledge of TypeScript and CSS preprocessors (LESS/SASS).3+ years of experience in frontend development, preferably with scalable platforms.Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.Benefits & Perks:Competitive salary starting at AUD 80,000 - 100,000 annually, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.Flexible work arrangements with a focus on work-life balance.Opportunities to work on impactful projects with global reach.Professional development and career growth within a fast-growing organization.A supportive and collaborative team environment.Regular team events and access to cutting-edge technologies.
