We're seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead and enhance our security framework, ensuring resilience in an evolving threat landscape.
About the Role As the Cybersecurity Manager, you'll play a critical role in safeguarding our clients digital assets and infrastructure.
This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise who can drive the implementation of robust security protocols while fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness.
Key Responsibilities: ISO Compliance: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of ISO 27001 standards.
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance and identify improvement areas.
Threat Management: Oversee deployment and management of CrowdStrike solutions to detect, prevent, and respond to threats.
Implement and optimize Fortinet tools, including firewalls, to ensure network security and performance.
Policy and Governance: Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies and procedures aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership regarding cybersecurity risks and solutions.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the cybersecurity team, fostering professional growth and excellence.
Coordinate cross-functional teams during incident responses and security projects.
What You'll Bring: Proven experience in a similar cybersecurity role, with a strong emphasis on ISO standards, CrowdStrike, and Fortinet.
In-depth knowledge of threat detection, prevention, and response strategies.
Certification in ISO 27001, CISSP, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership capabilities to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
