We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Designer to join our Marketing team.
You will take the lead on developing innovative and visually compelling designs and multimedia content across a wide variety of mediums, including print, digital, and video.
You will also mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments to enhance the brand's visual identity across all platforms.
What you'll do: Collaborate closely with the New Business team for tenders and bid proposals Optimise workflows and develop complex multi-page documents, templates, style guides, design systems, and print production Design scalable vector assets and collaborate with branding and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and impactful visual assets that align with brand identity Lead the creation of responsive UI/UX designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes Develop multimedia presentations, video introductions, digital ads, interactive PDFs, animated banners, and social media assets Collaborate with web developers to ensure designs are optimized for performance and responsiveness across digital platforms Lead brainstorming sessions, presenting and encouraging innovative design concepts Mentor and foster the development of junior Designers. About you: Tertiary qualified in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Motion Design, or a related discipline 5+ years of professional experience in a senior design role with a proven track record in video post-production and motion graphics Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and Sketch Experience with motion design, video editing, and animation techniques. Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and grid systems Solid understanding of pre-press and print production processes Preferred experience with 3D design software (Cinema 4D, Blender), HTML/CSS or front-end development Experience working on marketing campaigns involving video, animation, and social media content Ability to lead design projects independently, from concept to final execution Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design decisions to both creative and non-creative stakeholders How you'll benefit: Investment in training with the aim to have the best trained workforce in the industry Free health assessments for all staff Paid parental leave for both primary and secondary caregivers Fast-tracked career development opportunities and support through mentoring, workshops and retreats Industry-leading internal communication channels to break down silos across sites, allowing staff to share ideas, lessons learnt and other resources.
