We currently service sites within the following industries:DatacentresTelecommunicationDefenceLocal and federal government occupied buildingsUniversitiesHealth careRetailWhilst not essential, this role will be perfect for someone that has prior BMS experience. However, all applicants that meet the below criteria will be considered and all training requirements will be provided.Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Performing Preventative and Reactive Maintenance on Building Management and Power Monitoring SystemsResponding to system breakdowns and faultsLiaising directly with colleagues, customers and customer representativesProviding customers with suggestions for system improvements, enhancements, and optimisation opportunitiesPracticing a high degree of safety awareness, to ensure safety requirements are always metParticipate in a rotating on-call rosterPotential after hours and weekend work from time to time to meet specific customer requirementsRegional travel, including overnight stays as required by customerAssisting the projects team with onsite commissioning and testingWho are you?You are someone with a trade background in Mechanical, Refrigeration and/or ElectricalUnrestricted or restricted electrical license preferred but not requiredYou are someone that has a drive for quality and can provide quality service to our customersYou are someone who is customer-centric with a "can-do" and "customer first" attitudeYou are someone that has a desire for learning and will embrace our ethos of continuous developmentYou are a person who has a passion for learning new systems and ways of workingYou have or will be willing and able to obtain an Australian Government Security clearance and working rights in AustraliaMust be an Australian Citizen due to security clearance requirementsBenefits of working for Schneider Electric:Fully maintained vehicleOn call and other applicable allowancesFlexibility at Work and Global Family LeaveOption to participate in our Share Program, with discounts and company contribution for employeesPotential opportunity to purchase further annual leaveDiscounts at major vendors such as Clipsal, JB-HiFi and Hoyts just to name a few through our employee rewards schemesContinuous training on Schneider productsExposure to a market leader in building management, optimisation and energy monitoringGlobal support at your fingertipsWorking in a well-balanced team and inclusive environmentAn understanding of building automation, HVAC experience & proven knowledge of Basic IT skills, will be highly regarded, additionally a current A or B class electrical license will be desirable. There is additionally an opportunity over time to be cross trained across all of Schneider products including, but not limited to, security, UPS's, power metering and energy monitoring.
