Undertake and assist with the onboarding and induction of team members new to JB or new to roleLead product training programs to ensure the sales team are well equipped to demonstrate and sell existing and emerging product categories.Demonstrate, lead and coach a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale.Utilise all available materials, tools and collateral to train the teams.Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver day-to-day store operationsAbout you Retail experience in high achieving teamsPassion for training and developing peopleWillingness to facilitate and partake in training sessionsJB Hi-Fi Limited is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
