The Role As Senior Project Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in delivering world-class infrastructure and capital works projects that support Adelaide Airport's strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Project Director, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include: Leadership & Mentoring: Guide, support, and mentor your team, fostering a culture of best practice and knowledge sharing.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate on procurement strategies, portfolio management, and long-term infrastructure planning.
Project Delivery: Oversee all stages of project delivery, coordinating design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve seamless outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project objectives align with Adelaide Airport's vision.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all projects meet regulatory requirements and adhere to organisational policies.
About You You are a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager who thrives on delivering excellence in high-stakes, complex environments.
With a proven track record in commercial building, infrastructure, or capital works, you bring expertise, innovation, and leadership to every project.
Essential Attributes: Extensive experience managing mid to large-scale commercial building projects, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
Strong leadership skills, with a history of mentoring teams and driving performance.
Expertise in project governance, compliance, and aligning projects with organisational strategy.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, paired with a collaborative approach.
A diploma or degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
