OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR - DAY SHIFT ROSTER - 4 ON / 4 OFF Nolan's Interstate Transport is recognised as a leading provider of cold chain solutions.

About the Role Permanent Position Rolling roster of 4 days on, 4 days off, from 6am to 6pm.
Allocating freight to ensure both safety and maximum vehicle utilisation Co-ordinate work with customers to provide quality service outcomes Co-ordinate driver's workloads in accordance with Standard, BFM and AFM systems and processes Supervise team including rostering staff in accordance with operational requirements Ideally you will have A minimum of 2 years' experience in a transport environment, ideally in a logistics operational role Proven understanding of Fatigue Management, Mass Management, Quality Assurance and Chain of Responsibility Operations Schedulers Certification TLIF0006 or equivalent highly regarded Sound Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail Previous logistics experience in a fresh produce environment will be highly regarded Truck/High Risk Forklift Licence desirable Basic understanding of warehousing operations Employee Incentives and Benefits Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) Competitive Rates Staff Events (BBQs and get togethers) BP Fuel Discounts To Apply Please submit your resume via Seek or to complete an application form, please visit the Careers section on our website at .
