About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic risk and compliance leader to join our team as the Head of Enterprise Risk & Compliance.
As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management and mitigation of risk exposure for our organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement risk and compliance management frameworks and strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk exposure.Collaborate with senior executives to ensure the effective implementation of risk and compliance policies and procedures.Lead the identification, management, and reporting of emerging risks and compliance obligations.Provide strategic risk and compliance advice to the Board, CEO, and Group Executive.Develop and present enterprise risk and compliance reporting to stakeholders.About YouWe are looking for a highly experienced risk and compliance professional with a strong track record of leadership and strategic management.
You will have a deep understanding of the Australian superannuation industry regulatory environment and emerging practice and concepts.
You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas with conviction and gain the buy-in of stakeholders.
