What You'll Do: As a Direct Support Worker, you'll be at the heart of our mission, providing essential support to individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Personal Care Champion: Assist with personal care tasks like showering, dressing, and toiletingâalways with dignity and respect.
Medication Maestro: Administer medications and ensure clients stay on track with their health needs.
Mobility Support: Help clients transfer using hoists and slide sheets, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Domestic Dynamo: Take charge of household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to create a welcoming home environment.
Community Connector: Engage clients in social activitiesâwhether it's attending doctor's appointments or grocery shoppingâto enrich their lives.

Compliant or willingness to obtain WWCC and NDIS WC Access to Vehicle and NSW License What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Starting at casual $33.01/hr for Level 1.1 positions, plus additional penalty rates for night and weekend shifts.
