The Role As a Senior Consultant in our Melbourne Office, you will be part of a team directly engaging with clients, reporting to a Senior Manager or Principal/Director.
You will understand the client's operational challenges and collaborate to develop tailored solutions.
Your role may involve directly supporting the client and their team through successful implementation.
Bevington Group do not specialise in industry, but rather in setting up organisations to effectively deliver on their strategy.
Currently, we have vacancies for consultants with expertise in supply chain (across industries) and operations.
What to Expect Engage directly with clients to understand their operational issues and challengesCollaborate with the team to develop contemporary, tailored solutionsUtilise core consulting skills including research, analysis, facilitation, presentation, and attention to detailOpportunities for professional and personal development through structured training, collaboration, exposure to industry leaders, and learning by doingPrimarily an office-based role with limited working from home flexibilityAbout you Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance or Engineering1-3 years consulting experience in a similar rolePrior experience working on process improvement or process reengineering projects.
Experience related to supply chain analysis will be highly regarded.Advanced diagrammatic and analysis skills, including advanced Excel skillsProven ability to build rapport and develop productive relationships with stakeholdersWell-developed written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and disciplineWe are only as strong as our people, and we are always excited to welcome new minds to Bevington Group.
