In this role, you'll provide technical leadership and support to your team members to ensure operational excellence and improve the overall customer experience with cloud-based platforms.You will be leading and mentoring a digital operations team, with a focus on Service Delivery and Continuous Improvement within a managed service provider environment. Your expertise in cloud infrastructure—particularly Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure—will be crucial.A positive, can-do attitude, combined with strong people management, planning, and communication skills, will be key to your success. You should have a proven track record of collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to build strong relationships.
