This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success as we establish and expand our presence in the market.This position will form an integral part of the business and will include undertaking structural engineering design on a wide range of projects across all project phases.
The role will also entail working closely with the business leadership team to develop client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance market presence.Key responsibilitiesStructural Engineering design on a wide range of projects across numerous market sectors.Interaction and establishment of personal relationships within the local market.Project collaboration with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve successful project outcomes.Management of projects including fee estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling & achievement of budgets and deadlines, under the guidance of senior staff.Provide technical input to projects as required.Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.Attend site, meetings, and inspections as required.Ideal CandidateWe are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person with the following characteristics:Minimum of 6 years experience in structural engineering design and project deliveryHold an engineering degree recognised by Engineers Australia;Well-rounded structural engineering skill set with keen interest in further developing these skillsThe capability to liaise confidently and clearly with both internal and external stakeholders at all levelsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic to achieve results collectivelyDemonstrate agile, outcomes-oriented project delivery focusKeen to be part of a growing team with a strong culture which promotes an environment of diversity & inclusion and work-life balanceProactively seek professional and personal development opportunities.An active participant in demonstrating Innovis values and behaviours.What can Innovis provideMarket leading salary package with the ability for ongoing recognition and rewardsGenuine career advancement opportunities – our best in class employee engagement program allows us to understand your ambitions, putting in place bespoke career development plans aligning to your personal and professional goalsTechnical and behavioural development plansDirect assignment of mentor/mentee relationships across regionsDiverse and inclusive culture with focus on work-life balanceIf this role is of interest would love to hear from you.
