PARTNER is supporting Insight Electrical Technology (IET) in search of an exceptional Operations Manager to join a company that combines innovation and commitment to deliver generational infrastructure solutions.

The Role
This newly created Operations Manager role is a key leadership position within IET's executive team.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee the operational framework, driving alignment between strategy, performance, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a dynamic team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while championing innovation and continuous improvement.
By aligning operational efforts with IET's strategic objectives, you will leave a lasting impact on the business and the broader industry.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee deployment of resources and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop Service Managers, Project Managers, and Administrators, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
Work with finance and commercial leaders to align operational strategies with company goals, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.
Strengthen existing client relationships, ensuring service delivery meets expectations and agreements are maintained.
Continuously enhance operational processes to maximise efficiency and maintain IET's reputation for quality and reliability.
About You
You are a seasoned leader with a proven ability to maintain high standards and foster strong client relationships.
You have played a pivotal role in a dynamic business, successfully managing operations to meet and exceed client expectations while retaining critical agreements.

Your approach combines collaboration, accountability, and a focus on operational excellence, ensuring teams are supported and clients remain confident in your work.

Experience and Qualifications
Extensive background in senior management roles within the electrical, construction, or related industries.
Proven success in retaining and nurturing client relationships while meeting and exceeding expectations.
Demonstrated experience in maintaining and improving operational standards in complex environments.
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, or an equivalent discipline (MBA highly regarded).
A collaborative and approachable demeanor that builds trust with clients, stakeholders, and teams.
Experience in process improvement, compliance, and ensuring regulatory adherence.
