Senior Engineer / Tech Lead role with a high growth FinTech startup.
Your new company
You'll be joining a high-profile FinTech startup based in Sydney CBD. The company is in growth mode and is making huge waves in the marketplace. This role will be to step in as a Tech Lead and eventually progress into a Head of Engineering position.
Your new role
You'll be joining as a Senior Engineer / Tech Lead. The company is looking for someone who can be a hands-on engineer whilst also managing, coaching, and developing the current engineering team. You'll be working closely with the CEO and Product Managers to design and deliver the best solutions in the market. They currently have an AI product which they're engineering from scratch but there's plenty of other work to be getting on with.
What you'll need to succeed Startup experience would be highly regardedPrevious experience as a Tech LeadTech stack is: Python, Django, AWS, ReactAbility to coach, mentor, and train junior engineersWhat you'll get in return
This role has huge potential; you'll be joining as a Sr-Tech Lead and the role will eventually move into a Head of Engineering position. You'll get a great salary and ESOP and the opportunity to work with one of the best up-and-coming FinTechs in Australia's startup ecosystem.
